HI We noticed all the keepers on tow casement windows are missing; evidently removed during painting and then lost. The crank indicted they are Hurd brand and are over 20 years old. I've shown the keeper latch in both the open and locked position. What do you recommend?

I have windows manufactured by a Canadian company, KML which was sold off to Anderson Windows about 10 years ago. Anderson no longer carries parts for these casement windows. Hello-I'm looking for a replacement casement window lock for my wood Vetter Windows. The plastic mechanism that connects to the anchor has broken. It's the right window for a double window in my bedroom. If you can help, I'd be very grateful!

Hello, I have Caradco window latches attached. One goes to a 28" x 34" window, and the other goes to a 21" x 56" window. Both are crank out windows. These appear bronze in color, but your website has clay and bronze color that looks very similar.

I have the 38-144 lock and then the secondary one on top. How do these work without the little pin that goes into the bar that connects them? Do I just have to replace both locks with one of these, so they work independently, and not use the bar? Thanks!

Hi, What is the width of this keeper? I only have about 7/16". (I will try to add a couple pics). The sash frame is about 1-1/16. We do not know if this is a Pella or Anderson window. There are no identifying numbers. I have no measurements. It may be an unknown company to us. This is on a wood casement window. This part broke from the lock on a casement window. From pictures it looks like a part of the window/sash lock. I am hoping I can find this part only because all the replacement locks that are complete do not come in the beige color we need.

I am looking for part #Wi1652 which I believe measurements are 2-5/16 between Holes, 2-3/4 x 2-3/16 x 1. Do you have this size? thanks Robert
