Happy new year! I have some 6500 series double hung windows (I think simonton) purchased and installed by home depot in 2010. At least one shoe on each window is broken. I removed the whole balance assembly (had to cut a bigger hole) and pulled everything out. None of the coils have any numbers or l ... (cont.)

I have a property with simonton windows, which have some broken and missing parts. I have broken tilt latches, broken pivot bars, and completely missing balance assembly on one of the windows. I would like to replace them, but I am not sure which items match.

Can you recommend a replacement for this pivot bar?

Need replacement coil balance for Simonton window,see picture for model sticker. Please confirm which assembly would work with this window. Do you carry these parts for prism windows? I need 6 each of the coil spring devices and 4 each of the adapters that are on the window.

Hello, I believe I have the double hung tilting Simonton windows. My pivot bars and shoes for two of my windows have all split/broke. Can you please point me in the right direction of what replacement parts I will need?

Hi. Here is a double coil balance. As you can see, the plastic shoe for the pivot is cracked in half and only one half remains. The coils themselves seem fine. I ordered a part for this - which I received yesterday - but I apparently didn't get the correct part based on my conversation with customer service. A pivot pin is missing on one side of the window. The window can be lifted up but the window does not stay up.

The pivot shoe on my window broke and I matched that up to a 15-192. The pivot bar also broke, but I don't see one on the website. Here is a picture of my old pivot bar. Do you guys have anything comparable or that will work with the new pivot shoe. Please let me know, thanks.

I have two coil balances on 2 identical windows with broken pivot shoes. One is the right side and the other is on the left side. They are 1 1/4 wide and the coil spring attaches to the pivot shoe with a screw. Could you please recommend a suitable replacements? Thanks!

I need to replace 3 coils because the shoe broke. I also need to replace 3 pivot bars. I don't have part number but the coils appear to be 3 to a set.
