Hello, I would like to replace a window and the sashes have the number e14 8#31 881. What balancer would I use for that?

Anderson Window balance replacement needed. numbers on the box stating BP6 12R 10-8. The 10-8 is hard to see on the box, unsure if there is anything after the 8. Not sure if these are right vs left? Or universal.

See order number 1779394 for ten of the 24-1231.The upper sash is working fine on this window, but the lower sash comes three inches or so from the bottom and stops.The codes on the window's original balances areP54 12R 8 8P56 12L 8 83 ... I can't seem to find the new conversion part numbers for 3 broken balancers for Andersen windows that were installed in 1986. The part numbers on the balancers are: C29 6#31 4-86 BP25 12L 4-86 BP25 12R 4-86 Any guidance or info you can give so I can replace these with new part numbers, is much app ... (cont.)

Pulled this out of window I am working on prefer not to have make another trip to measure window! Please see attached pic.
