I have several pivot lock shoes that the cams are broken rendering the lock shoe useless. I?m looking to either replace the shoe or the cams (if that is possible). The problem I?m having is finding the shoe online. I have measured the shoe(s) as 1 1/2?H x 1 1/4? wide x 17/32? depth. The balance spr ... (cont.)

These swivel connectors to our window are broken and need to be replaced. The counter balances seem to still be in good working order. Can we simply replace the connectors or must the counter balances be replaced as well? If so,which part number would we be order?

Shoes are 1/2" thick and 1 1/2" wide. Channel balances are 27-C-30 27 1/2" Pennco windows with Unique balances. Please advise if you have replacement pivot shoes. Thank you
