Gears on the crank are stripped and the mechanism needs to be replaced. I cannot get the crank mechanism out without pulling off the lower frame of the window sill. Arm looks to be around 9-1/4 inch

I believe all the hardware is truth. We have 4 windows each of 2 locks (8 total). The operators are on two right opening windows and two left opening windows. I included a picture of the operator hinge in case that would help of need replacement. thank you, Morgan

I need to replace my operator on my casement window. It is stamped Truth and I can see a number 30744B. The arm is about 8". See the attached photos.

I purchased an Ellipse style operator arm (#39-0273).as a replacement for a Truth (#45251).Everything matches up except the roller at the end of the arm. The screws have been removed but I can't get this out. the projection from the operator on the room side is 1/2" it can't be more than that because it would project out past the window.
