Truth Mechanism, would like to get a new crank handle also, and unit in white if that is an option.

Window crank works out to about halfway then won't allow reverse to crank it back in

Window need all new parts bottom swivel on window is broken off or rusted off.

The hand is not steady.

I am looking for a set of these, left and right. Mine are stripped out. Do they make these more durable?

40055 T with a square around it. LH and the #4

Problem is upper linkage arm that secures window to frame. The "double hole buffer" washer broke (picture attached) fell to floor. Window came untered from frame and now unsecured at top.Got it closed locked and secure. Need replcement hardware.

What model would be a replacement for unit pictured. Available in White, Stainless Steel and Price. Is Track included? We need 42 pairs of replacement hinges. These are for Malta windows, and I measured 7" . Do you offer this size?

Although pictured is a LH crank I do primarily need the RH crank although I may replace both.

I amlooking to replace the pieces that attach to bottom and window and actual window frame...you can see the rusted parts, we can't close the window completely because it won't slide properly on the far left corner. I can't get the part out because it is soo rusted...the crank works fine though it's ... (cont.)

I want to replace the crank mechanism

The bushing keeps popping out of the track. If there is a bushing replacement I'll take it but I think I need the arm at a minimum.

Shoe? (part that goes in track) appears to be missing a white maybe plastic cap. First photo shows window with cap missing. Third photo shoes what it should look like. Any ideas? Thank you!
