printed on the bottom are the numbers 05312004 2341. under these sequence of numbers stamped in the metal there is the number 4 by itself, and then the numbers 45251. Wright is the label on it. Small crank knob. Opens from left to right so mechanism is on the inside right. Photos are of the window on the left, not the broken on. My name is Michael

The clank will open the window, but it starts slipping when you try closing the window.

I believe this is a Nine inch Arm 9 ( Center of Povot to center of Crank is 9/12 in) Not sure two names listed "Weather shield handle" and "Truth" on crank arm /casting

We ordered 39-028 & 39-014 to try on our windows. Everything worked except 39-028, with a 9-1/2" arm, was too short and 39-014, with a 13-1/2" arm, was too long. We really need a 11-1/2" arm but can't seem to find that. Do you have any suggestions? Thanks for your help.

The name and number stamped on the assembly is Truth 30382. I really need the right side, but if the interior hardware is different than the picture I should probably replace both the crank and interior cover. If you can, please identify replacement parts. Thanks for your help.

Can I replace the bearing wheel instead of the entire single arm operator assembly? If so, questions: Is the pin threaded? What exactly would the replacement part be called? Do you stock these parts?

I need to replace the crank/operator. Can you help me figure out the parts I need? The window crank unscrews and can open but not shut the window anymore.

Please advise if you have these exact systems for replacement. Long arm is 9 1/2 ". Crank base is 4" wide and 1.5 " deep. Need it for left opening window as well as right opening window. Window crank broke on Sun Casement window. Will crank out but not back in. Probably need the whole crank assembly. Window was made in 1987.

Do you supply the operator in the attached photo if so I need 15 right and 15 left 9.5 inches? Regards, Kevin

I need a new operator/hinge for a casement window. The hinge/arm fallout of the window bracket whenever it is opened to the point where the opening to connect the hinge is. I have a window crank that works fine once the window is partly open, but is not able to close to lock or open once unlocked. From the inside window cranks from left and swings open on the right. How do you measure the length of the crank?

The crank out window bars that open window are rusty. Now window doesn't close
