Hello. Just ordered this replacement part but not quite sure how to install? The part seems to be correct but the screws that came with it are very different than the original. I've put the new shoe onto the crank arm but it's definitely not correct. Adding a second picture

Tenant had disabled the knob and it was unturnable and had to be removed. I need a replacement part. The window trim(wood) can be replaced as well.

I need to replace three awning window cranks from the 1950s that have handles with stripped posts. The windows are single sashes, opening outward and made of wood. Sadly, the posts in the handles are not removable and the cranks are also stripped inside because they barely operate using an allen wre ... (cont.)

I just placed and order for the 39-390 operator (short arm) and was planning to use the original Anderson handle. Will that fit or do I need to order the 39-286 handle to work this this operator? Thank you, Jim

When I bought my house the original owners told me these were Pella windows original to the house built in 1962. They have held up and do not leak air. Not able to identify a product in your catalog that looks just like what I have. Rather than a fixed point where the awning lever attaches to the window, mine instead runs on a metal rod track

Needing new mecahanisms for multiple awning windows. Will also need cranks, but not sash-mounted guide rods. One of the two "push bars" is stamped with a "13". Any ID help would be appreciated. Thank you!
