part number 1521604, I just ordered from you 1476070 but in doing further research this would be 11 in not 15.

I am looking for a replacement arm for an Andersen window that is in a house that was built in 1957.

Hello, I have a house built in 1960. Most of the windows don't open. They are wood double awning windows over/under style. The crank is centered on the bottom of the window. Hello Thanks for the quick response as stated house built in the 50's. The unit is approx 4" wide about 2 1/4 deep, no markings other than Anderson's trademark. Appreciate your help. Frank

Can you tell me what part I need for this window? The part where the rod attaches to the bar on the window is missing. I don't know the manufacturer. Thank you

The yellow plastic part rides in a track and the hinge clips the operator arm. Can't find these anywhere on bye internet. Our operators are Andersen as far as I know.

This is an anderson awning window and the crank operator is broken. I can still open/close the window when I turn the gear by hand but am unable to get the gear to turn by using the handle. Any idea on replacement parts that may work? Thank you in advance!

Casement window operator needing replaced. Dual arms that extend 10.625 inches beyond frame body. Frame body is 4.5" long, 2.25" wide.

Have a house (made 1952) with several awning windows that have old handles which I need to replace. I need the entire crank/handle mechanism. I am attaching back and front pictures of the old part. Not sure, but it may be old Anderson window.

Looking to repair or replace several crank mechanisms which are stripped. Home was built in 1949 and we believe the Andersen windows are original. There are two straight arms which use clips to attach to a track on the window. It looks very similar to parts 39-390 or 39-389.

This operator is from an Andersen window. It looks like it's from the 60s. -- The arms are approx 11 1/4" long -- The track is 27" long -- Fully extended (closed position), the arms measure 25 1/4" long, from the end of one to the end of the other (not counting the shoes) -- The screws that remain ... The house I bought was built in 1960. About 1/2 of the window opneners do not work. Some just missing handles other's if you crank, they just spin. The beveled gears are stripped.
