39-390 Awning Operator Kit, Short Arm

I need to replace an operator on an small Andersen awning window, age unknown. Attached are some photos of the unit. The arms appear to be 11" or so long. I'm also not sure how to remove the existing operator unless I remove some of the wood that runs over the top of it. Can you provide any guidance ... (cont.)

Looks like the right measurements (close at least) but on mine the boots slide in a channel on the sash rather than a rod. Can this replace and does the kit contain all hardware to convert?

I have a few windows where the operator is not working well or the inside is stripped so it won't crank. I need the operator and also the crank but have no idea what kind it is or what I can use to replace it. Thanks, Chad

Im changing from the track model(0333808) to your 39-390 with the rod. How does the rod attach? Are there special brackets needed. Im swapping out quit a few so I want to make sure I have every thing I need in one order.

These are the only parts I have the window is 28 inches wide. It is an Andersen window I guess I would need all parts to operate window maybe we can retrofit

Need to replace 5 of these, having difficulty locating- can find cranks but I suspect the hex head is a part of the unit it goes into. The window cranks don't operate because they are stripped, again, suspect it is striped in the unit not the crank itself.

I purchased an awning 39-390. If I were to install the universal kit I can see that the window will not be able to close all the way. The actual inside of the jamb measures 29 1/2". The operator in its opened position is the same exact size as original from the 1950s. Is there any way possible I can ... (cont.)
