Hi there, Looking for help matching the correct spiral balance. This one is 14 inches in length and has a plastic block on the end that can be slid off. this part is broken. it hold the spring. it is 2" long plus a small round at the bottom and 1 1/4 wide. I am not sure about the dip, if it is 9/16 or 17/32? Can you please let me know which one of your options I should buy?

I measured 23 in length and 5/8 width This picture is from top to bottom of same balancer. This window has 4 balancers on it. It is the top window part that makes it fall down when unlocked.I have two windows that do that. Thanks Randy

Hello Swisco, I am not sure what the part is called and whether it is necessary, but the 5/8th tubes are held in position by a square rubber spacer with a hole for the end of the tube? If you have an idea that would be great. Thanks in advance, Pete
