The window opens fully but it won't close. I was under the impression that the Sprocketts ( not correct name ?) but the (Screws) were worn out and so the crank can't engage with the ( whatever it is called.

Hello Swisco! We have Pozzi casement windows and one of the operators isn’t cooperating. It’s a left hinge, right opening window and the operator cranks counter-clockwise to open the window. I need a left and right side

One of the images is for windows in my kitchen and the other is for one of the bedrooms. I think they are the same mechanism, but I'm not sure.
