Good morning Planning on doing window cleaning and replacing some of the pivots and shoes. Can you please provide the correct pivot to replace what we have in the pic.

Mounts on window sash goes into retractor

I need three pivot bars for Certainteed vinyl fold-in windows The only number is on the broken part in one of the photos. It looks like 103-2 on the bottom of the pivot bar.

I need to replace the coils and shoes for 3 windows. So I would need the right and left. (I've attached a picture of all the parts I need). There is a marking on the coil that says 408 J. I've also attached a second picture of another part I need measures 3 and 1/4 in length. Again this is for 3 ... (cont.)

I am at your website and noticed Certainteed sash pivot bar part number 26?353. This looks like the one identical to my picture? Do you have the Certainteed window lock assembly like the one shown in the picture looks like part of the lock fits in that groove in the sash. Do you have the Certainte ... (cont.)

I have added the parts , and the window is single hung up and own sliding and has 2 springs on both sides . I have the rods , and spring pictures. Thx!

Looking to replace the above pictured part. I tried : CertainTeed Sash Pivot Bar Product Code: 26-353 as it was the closest match, but pivot is interfering with jamb at full closure :/ Any help is appreceiated

I recently ordered and installed pivot lock shoe New Style 96-C1 in my Simonton window (circa 2010). The existing sash pin does not fit into the new shoe. What replacement sash pin do I need? Thanks Mike

I have two kitchen windows that need parts see photos. I need 4 on the tilt release mechanisms at top of windows and one of the pins (right hand side) that hold window into the sash at bottom of window.

attached a photo of the pin we need. pin measures 2-7/16" long and about 3/16" thick. the coil and nylon housing we didnt want to remove it until we know we can get the replacement can you let me know if you need anything else.

CertainTeed tilt window needs a left and right pivot bar/pin. Is there one that would work?The current one is 2 7/16 on top and the pin is 7/8". The window is about 15 to 20 years old. Thank you.Pat
