39-553 Roto Sash Bracket

I'm looking for 2 left and 2 right with all parts to be replaced. On the bottom of the main 8" crank arm it has the number 3108 but no logo or anything else on window or assembly.

Here are the measurements and additional pictures.

The mechanism seems to work correctly, but the arm will not stay attached to the window. Is there a ring or piece missing? Thank you for your help, Dan

Medal clip keeps slipping off control arm pin. We keep putting clip on and it keeps falling off every time open window. Do we need new part or is there another way to fix?

I have just recently purchased a house with a Silverline window in an upstairs bathroom that doesn't work, needs a new crank assembly. I have attached a picture of the warranty label and the crank in the window. I need the whole assembly because the handle is stripped.

My handle broke off it's the older version where it has the male part coming out of the handle the model number that's on the handle is op05-7810 do you have this handle or do I have to get a whole new operator and handle if so what are all the parts I need ?

This is double pained crank out window. Was installed 14 years ago as a result of a fire so I have no idea what brand it is. the bottom Kranks are all Broken and there is a little hole in the bottom that the window crank fits into- that keeps falling out , so the.
