Sash is approximately 31x31. Both balancers on the bottom sash are broken as you can see. So balancer kits are required for the bottom sash.

Hello I need to replace some window balances. The window information I have is 8026728/10 Unit: 35.5000 65.5000, G1: 31.5000 30.1250. I need to replace all the balances for 3 windows so six balance assemblies total.

Hi, I need to replace the pivot coil system and pivot shoe in the attached photo. I have not yet removed the old ones. The width is 1/2 inch. Can you please advise which replacement parts I will require for this? Also, should I cut the opening or use a spreader?Thank you,Ed

Can you please help me find the correct parts. I have 4 coil balances on my windows, but I only find 3 coil balances in your catalogue. I am not sure which pivot shoe is the correct one. Thanks for posting. I can't be 100% certain without seeing your pivot shoe, because the identity of the pivot shoe is what determines the identity of all the components in a coil balance system. That said, I believe you might have something like our 15-111 Pivot Shoe; which means you have Series 160 ... (cont.)

The one that broke is already missing a coil. Without taking it apart it measures 4 1/2" long and about 1 1/2" wide.
