need this latch for imperial window

I have over 40 of these that need to be replaced. Can't seem to find the size in Home Depot or online... Can you tell me by the photos attached of the existing latches and label from window. These were installed in the 90's and are all dry rotted.

It's a tilt latch that lets you clean the outside of the window from the inside and that hole that's in there a screw goes in there and that's what keeps it mounted to the side of the window and the little white gray part on Top hold the black piece in place it's spring loaded
