What do i need to replace. Bottom part (shoe) where window bars slide into is broken

Hi! Just showing the housing that the coil I need fits into. Can you tell me what coil to buy. Mine looks like this in the picture, it's 1/2 inch in width and has a 6Y imprinted on it. The end has this little hook on it. Thanks a lot.

We need the coil balances and the thing they coil around. We also need the plastic part that is supposed to stay with the window frame to keep it level. Any help would be appreciated! Jeanie

Vinyl window pivot shoe and balance. The pivot shoes appear different (and broken pieces) on each side of the same window and the window has a hard time moving up and down. I'm not sure if the balance needs to be replaced too.

When installing, the plastic housing that holds the two springs in their fixed position disintegrated and now the spring assembly follows the pivot shoe. I had purchase 2 S140-10 from you April of 2014. Now one of the Balance spring broke. Since I still have all the other parts, can I just buy a few springs as replacements (and spares). Say how much for 4 springs for the above-mentioned model (S140-10 L)
