Photo 1 is the bottom mechanism attached to an aluminum square bar imprinted with 26B , BSI VL. The bar measures 1/2 in by 1/2 inch.The bottom plastic mechanism measures 1 1/2 inches wide x 2 inches long x 1/2 inches deep. I have some tilt double hung windows that have issues with the balance. The side mount pivot bar snapped between at the screw hole and broke the shoe. I found these markings on the spring: BSIN or BS1N, 26B. On the 5th pic it looks like a little tab broke off.

seems fastener hole is 2-3/16 to center. can you please identify if you have replacement. if can not match exact, which would you recommend?

Ribbed channel balance and a pivot show

I have a fairly broken 29" SERIES 795 CHANNEL BALANCE (I'm guessing). I have never done any window repair so I'm sending pics, just in case. I can't find any manufacturer on my windows.
