Do you sell anything that could change the height of the keeper/strike plate? See picture. The old keeper plate is higher then new one. The door does not reach the keeper plate. Do you have anything that would make the keeper plate further out from wall so the door mortise lock can latch to keeper p ... (cont.)

Looking for sliding door lock mechanism ours has jammed.

I measured: 11 inches on door portion with claws from top screw to bottom screw 3 inches for middle screws 7 1/2 for claws or fingers that come out 4 inches for the screws on the inside of house side

I need to order a part for my silver line sliding glass door. The door latch won't stay in the open position. This causes the door to latch and inadvertently lock the door. Can I order a replacement part for this?
