Hello, I had previously ordered 82-249 and 82-265 but the faceplate (82-249) does not line up correctly with 82 -249. I have enclosed pictures of the old lock and faceplate. Hi, we need to replace the mortise on our patio door. The attached image shows the dimensions. The face plate is 10" on center between the top and bottom screws.
