these solid round objects fell out from the wheels on bottom of door; do i need a whole new wheel assembly? how many are on the bottom?

Looking at the Del Mar web site, I believe this unit is SKU#F3727. I'm pretty sure this is a 1 1/4" wheel. These are used in a pool environment, and the doors become very hard to open or freeze up after a few years. We need 10 of these units. Would stainless steel or nylon wheels prevent this? ... Looking for replacement rollers for what I was told was "Tank Tread" style. I understand they are no longer made (original parts). These have nylon cylinder rollers that are reciprocating . Thanks

The door slides are worn out causing the door to drag on bottom track need replacements.

I have tried to find roller assemblies for my sliding glass door. I removed these but couldn't find replacements so I had to reinstall them. Hopefully you can look at the pictures and have a replacement. Randy McGhee

Thanks for posting. Start by comparing your old roller's dimensions to the 81-279. Let us know if and how they differ in any way. There may be some alternative choices, but without knowing your old roller's dimensions it's difficult to say what else might work. See what you think. ... (cont.)

This roller is similar in appearance to your part# 81-023. The dimensions are as follows: L=2-5/8" H=1-3/8" W=3/4"(thickness) Mounting hole on top is 1-3/8" from end of hsg.

I got two of these from you several years ago. The nylon bearings have worn out again. I wasn't able to find this part on your website today. Is it available?
