I need to replace the spring loaded clips the hold the sash in place. That allow the sash to tilt for cleaning. Vinyl Tech windows. Manufactured 11/14/01 I attached the label from the window.

Dear Sir or Madame attached are three photos of the tilting piece for my window it is 2 inches tall, 1 1/4 inches wide and1/2 an inch deep. Please advise I would like to have these as soon as possible thank you

Not sure of make or model of window, the latches that allow you to clean the window from the inside are both broken. They measure 3 1/4" x 1 3/8". They are not inset into the window,but screwed on top of it.

See order # 1441365 for Sash Release Lever 26-119. These levers do not fit properly. the "U" shaped insert are to wide of our existing windows. While your's are 1/2"w x 1/2"h Our's are 3/8"w x 5/16"h. Otherwise the handle shapes and sizes are nearly identical. Picture attached. I'd like to return ... (cont.)

Vinyl windows were installed by previous owner, so I have no idea how old these are. This window has two spring loaded tabs to lock the window in place. The plastic tabs shattered on both sides.

Good day to you, looking for a few of these tilt latches for both left and right sides. The screw center to center is 2-1/16" or so but could be 2-1/8". total length is 3-1/8".

Tilt latch from left side of the window. I can't find any identification on the window, it's a vinal single hung window. You have to remove the 2 locks with screws then snap off the top vinal cover to access the tilt latches. Any help identifying these parts would be great. Thanks ... (cont.)

Hi in to purchase 8 shoe, coil balance and tilt latch.

The latches are on the bottom sash of double hung slider windows. The company that manufactured the windows was called "The Un-Touchables"

The cover broke off. The boreal cover is 2" in length and the width of the window frame is 1 3/4" Color is beige.

The latches work but the finger pieces are breaking. Are there compatible products?

Looking for a replacement part for this but it looks like the one you have is too wide I need one that is 1 3/16 inches wide

Hello, Our interior window latch is broken on both sides. We need a surface mounted pair to replace the interior latches (we can't access them). We looked at some latches on your website. Could you recommend a product to try and replace these?

Hello there! I'm really hoping we can get these parts to repair our existing window. It is a Louisiana Pacific window from 1993. There is no model number I can provide. This is a tilt latch that is under the lift cap on my window. It has both a left and right side latch. I've looked at just about everything in line and can't locate one. I believe the window company was either ARCO or NORCO. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Alan

These measure 1-1/8" w by 3-3/16" long the holes are 2-1/8" apart and the first hole is 13/16" from latch end. I can't find these on your site. Please help.

Need 4 new sash release levers. The photo shows a broken one marked "Traco", with the broken portion that engages the sash release mechanism remaining visible in the top rail.
