I'm searching for replacements for the pictured damaged tilt latch and lever from the LH side of the sash. The latch fits into a .81"W x .24"H channel in the sash. RH side is shown installed, with its broken retainer/cap piece on the end. No idea what the make or age of the windows might be. The on ... (cont.)

I need a replacement for an internal tilt latch. The latch is 2 1/8" long, 7/8" wide and 2/8" thick. The Actuator is 1 1/2" long and 1/2" wide. The diameter of the insert is 3/16". There are no numbers or other markings on the latch. Thank you.

The window latch is broken

These are the latches on my storm windows that I can slide to the side so that I can open the window..... when I moved in 6 yrs ago, several windows were missing these... photos attached one of the latch on the left edge of the window and the hole where the missing latch fits. I am looking for replacement tilt handles as shown in the attached picture. The windows were made by Better Bilt and the handle measurement is 1 3/4" long by 1/2 " wide. I need to purchase 4 of these tilt handles that are missing on some of my windows.

I would like to order 8 new units. 1/2 Left & 1/2 Right side install. Thank you, Kathy

This guide holds the window in the rail as the window slides open and closed. When pulled down, a tab pulls below the rail so the window can be removed for cleaning. I need a replacement for one window but would like to purchase 3 just in case others fail. Do you have the original Shelter part or ... (cont.)

I need to replace the spring loaded clips the hold the sash in place. That allow the sash to tilt for cleaning. Vinyl Tech windows. Manufactured 11/14/01 I attached the label from the window.

Dear Sir or Madame attached are three photos of the tilting piece for my window it is 2 inches tall, 1 1/4 inches wide and1/2 an inch deep. Please advise I would like to have these as soon as possible thank you

Not sure of make or model of window, the latches that allow you to clean the window from the inside are both broken. They measure 3 1/4" x 1 3/8". They are not inset into the window,but screwed on top of it.

See order # 1441365 for Sash Release Lever 26-119. These levers do not fit properly. the "U" shaped insert are to wide of our existing windows. While your's are 1/2"w x 1/2"h Our's are 3/8"w x 5/16"h. Otherwise the handle shapes and sizes are nearly identical. Picture attached. I'd like to return ... (cont.)

Vinyl windows were installed by previous owner, so I have no idea how old these are. This window has two spring loaded tabs to lock the window in place. The plastic tabs shattered on both sides.

Good day to you, looking for a few of these tilt latches for both left and right sides. The screw center to center is 2-1/16" or so but could be 2-1/8". total length is 3-1/8".

Tilt latch from left side of the window. I can't find any identification on the window, it's a vinal single hung window. You have to remove the 2 locks with screws then snap off the top vinal cover to access the tilt latches. Any help identifying these parts would be great. Thanks ... (cont.)
