S395-23 23" Series 395 Channel Balance

The metal housing is 23" long by 1/2" wide. Imprint on back of housing is "22 3 GP CALDWELL". Thanks for you help! Mike.

I have a home built in 1987 with the viking brand windows and the balances on my vertical opening windows are broken. The number on the balances are 2240 and 2230. Are they the same and is there an upgrade for these balances. The end of the window that catches the balances is broken also. (see p ... (cont.)

In the same window I had two different numbers on the broken balances. 2250 and 2230. Plastic hardware is mostly broken and I'd like to find a replacement catch if you have those as well.

Follow up two parts request. These are some more photographs to the request I put in about 10 minutes ago. The wing tab little pieces on the one side closest to the blue printed letters those wing tabs are broken off.

Standard 5/8" balance channel. 34 2 KP Caldwell is 35" in length, Standard 5/8" balance channel. 23 2 HQ Caldwell is 24" in length

Hi there, Looking for replacement balances for 4 Viking windows. Windows are approx 30-yr old. Balance #1- Part number 2220V. Top to bottom plastic measure 24 inches long, 0.5 inch wide. We have several Viking windows in which the is part has failed. We have different numbers for different sized windows of 2230 and 2830. What do we replace these with?Thanks Ken J.

I'm going to need about eight balance Springs total. I'm starting with this one and I will upload photos for the others. I have a 2220 channel balance. The top attachment is winged and the bottom attachment is not. The top attachment looks like a 19-031 but I cannot find a match for the bottom. Attached are photos. Can you provide two channel balances to match mine?

I have a viking window that the channel balance broke. I have removed the both the windows and the channel balance. The channel Balance shows a stamp of 2220 JK. I bought 12 of these channels balances (S395-23). It looks like I should have ordered S395-24. Please see photo and let me know how to exchange these for the correct part.
