The balancers for my PGT windows are 30 inches in length & the balancer is 5/8 inch wide. The windows are non tilt.

The metallic length is 30" Stamp is 29 2 BSI RP I need 2 new balancers. What type will be suitable?

I bought some replacement channel balances (ordered the S395). The problem I have after installing the new channel balances and sash guides is firstly, the window is difficult to lift and to pull down, but more importantly, the window will only go half way down and I can't figure out what is prevent ...
