The metallic length is 30" Stamp is 29 2 BSI RP I need 2 new balancers. What type will be suitable?

I bought some replacement channel balances (ordered the S395). The problem I have after installing the new channel balances and sash guides is firstly, the window is difficult to lift and to pull down, but more importantly, the window will only go half way down and I can't figure out what is prevent ... I need to replace my broken channel Balance. As you can see in the pictures, the broken one has broken wings. Please help me pick the correct replacement. One is broken but I need to get both sides.
