Hi, I have what look to be 395 36" channel balances with a 3570 stamp. They are very large and heavy windows. Is this a custom balance? I need 6 of them.

I need channel balances for a PTG single hung non-tilt window. The markings on the balance are as shown in the picture, 35 9 CX CMC 7. The measurement of the balance from tip to tip is 37", the measurement from metal edges is 35 15/16.
