26-244 Tilt Window Latch, Right Hand

The homeowner had Farley 300 Series windows installed back in 2006. They have a couple of issues with the windows. Two of the balance systems have failed and they are in need of replacement. The metal balance piece is about 26" long. They also need tilt latches (3 L and 3 R) for the same windows. ... (cont.)

I have this balancer and balancer shoe. Several have popped out of my windows and it appears it's the shoe that is broken on them (since it is a plastic piece). I need to know if I can purchase this shoe and if that will correct my problem? Also, does that shoe replacement come in a metal piece or o ... (cont.)

Hi Folks, I need a right and left latch for a "Simonton" window. The triangle latching part broke off so if the window is not locked, it will fall over. The measurements as I have them are 2 1/4 long (although as you can see part of it has broken off), 11/16 tall, and 3/8 deep.

I am looking for this part. Any ideas?
