Hi, I'm not sure how old these Milgard windows are. I've included a picture of a label that is affixed to the top/inside of the window frame. Only markings I see on the latch itself are: "75" and "Pat. # 5.139.291" Thank you for any help you can provide.

Both of the pivot bars broke as we went to clean the windows. I looked on your web site at the pivot bar section and did not see this type of pivot bar. I hope that you have it. Hi, I can't decide if the tilt latch is product code 26-244 or 26-420. The measurement of the dimensions are the same. The only difference is that little tab on the end. This is for a Pennco In. single hung window.

I believe the first one is a tilt-out latch and the second one is labels Sash, I could not tell you. However former owners have broke many of the sashes and I am not sure how to get this fixed. The Tilt-out latches seem to also be broken. Can you tell me what I need to order?
