These latches slide into the top of the sash from the side. I also need both of the lower pivots and two of the screws.

Trying to help a neighbor with a window issue attached is the photo of the broken pivot tilt latch - there are two - left and right - both are broken. Picture of left latch is attached. As you can see the coil balance covers are all messed up and also something is stopping me from moving the window up and down. It feels like it's completely stuck.
