Need help identifying which channel balance replacement setup I need. I've attached a few pics of one I removed that has a broken hook. Kinco windows originally installed in 2002. Channel Balance is 30" long. There is a stamp 29 4 and then it looks like B1. Can you help me figure out which one I need. Also, any help on what top sash guide? They were plastic and broke. Thanks for your help.

I have Jordan windows. I need to replace several balancers and sash cams. balancers have 2430 stamped on them. no numbers for the sash cams. I have attached picture of the cams any help would be appreciated Thanks Bill

I'm trying to determine the correct sash replacement piece to order. Can you help? I The channel is 1/2 inch x 28 inch long. It has a marking of p A2730 on the piece. The overall length 30" X 1/2" width on the balancers, the markings are 2840 followed by a backwards D,and "B.S.I". the plastic guide parts are all missing, I have no examples of what is needed to get these windows working. Need help identifying my 1/2" by 28" channel balance stamped "27C USB" for a non-tilting window.
