I believe that my balance uses a 15-002 Shoe and a 19-005 Top. It is 28" in length. There doesn't appear to be an option for a balance with these shoes preinstalled. What do you recommend?\\Thanks

I need to know what series to order a channel balance for this PGT window.Looking at the picture and our channel balance,it looks like the top part is 19-005 and the bottom is 15-002 would it matter if they are not exactly the same as the series # requires

I need two 30 inch Balancers . Markings on existing 2919 BS1 R M . It has a 1/2 inch channel, the top looks like a 19-005, the bottom like a 15-002 or 15-001. The color is like the 15-002.

Good day, I have included a picture for each sides. It is possible the end pieces have been broken off. The inner spring hook end has broken off. The metal portion measures 33" (metal to metal). I have a 32C stamped on the metal body. Thanks for your help, Yves
