non tilt balancers
I need two sets (metal and plastic hardware) for the long windows (29 inches of just metal part), and one set for small window (17 inches long metal part alone). They're 1/2 width.

Shoe at different angle
Having trouble identifying a replacement shoe. This is on a 1/2 in sash balancer. It looks like the 15-001 but has a bit more of an angle at the bottom base on the pictures. Does that matter??

Channel balances
I need to know what to order to replace these. The smaller one has the number 2090 30 PR and is 20 3/8". The longer one is 26405 OL and is 26 3/8". The measurements are just the metal parts, not the plstic tips.

I have a window balance that is broken and needs replacing. It is a true 1/2 inch channel width, and appears to have a 15-003 shoe and a 19-005 top. It is 28 inches long, and stamped with 2730. Help identifying replacement part
Here are two images of the shoe on a channel balance from a malfunctioning window. The window measures 31.5" high and the channel balance (just metal channel, excluding plastic hardware) is 29" long and 1/2" wide. Help identifying shoe for 27" window balance. 15-001 vs. 15-002
Hi there, I am trying to replace a spring channel balance for a non-tilt sliding window. The channel is stamped 2640 and measures 27" long by 1/2" inside width. Replacement balance
Balance is 1/2" (9/16") wide, 21" long. Stamped 2030 Top piece is 1 3/16" long 11/16" front to back Has wings that span 15/16" Bottom piece is probably -001 1" from point to base 1 1/8" front to back 9/16" wide

Help ID My Channel Balancer with the Correct Parts
I need 4 pcs. of a 25" Long balancer with the correct components on the ends. It measures 6/16" X 5/8". The markings on my existing balancer 24C and it also has UNIQUE 24-C-30. I think it may be the Series 390 but on the 15-001 clip I measure 1-1/16" not 1-1/8". Its defiantly over 1". All othe ... (cont.)

I have a broken spring balance for my PGT window. I have managed to extract the broken balance and taken some photos. Based on your web site I think it matches your Series 395. Broken Channel Ballance
