Hi. Attached are photos of an intact and broken window latch installed, and the broken latch, removed. The latches are mounted on the top of a swing-out window frame. No manufacturer or part numbers observed. Hope you can help!

The tilted part of the window is all vinyl weighs approximately 20 pounds. The right hand top tilt latch is damaged. The Pivot bars were both rusted out they are 3"long. The pivot shoe was measure at 2" in length,1¼"wide, and ½" thick. The spiral Balance rod was measured at 3/8wide and 34" long. It ... (cont.)

I am replacing internal latches with surface mounted 26-435 latches. Can you tell me the height dimension for the 26-435 latches since it's not in the dimension image and also what fastener size is recommended with a white flat head? Thanks

Require window latches, windows were manufactured by Precision Windows in Ontario Canada. They have closed the Business

I am looking for these for replacement. The latches are broken. I have included the measurements. LENGTH 3 9/16", WIDTH 1 1/8", HOLE DISTANCE BETWEEN 2". Please help if you can and or where I can get them. Thank you!

Have several of these that have broken. Most suppliers are either too long between mount holes, or the body and wedge are too wide for the window and frame to engage. Measurements are 3" long x 1.125" wide, 2" hole center, 25/32" set back, and the wedge is about 5/8" wide.

I'm searching for the same part (Pat# 5,139,291) however my customer's window latch is set up a little different than most that I'm seeing. My window is missing these locks they are approx 1" wide by 2 7/8"

Latch is 3 1/2" long by 1" wide. The area between the holes (center), is 2 ". I haven't been able to find a match, can you help? My house was built in 1998, & builder is deceased, unable to find any information on the windows or sashes. Thank you.
