Sliding window pivot bar, number 21 on it

The balance shoe is 1/2inch thick. Width 3/4inch. And length 1 3/4 inch. . The balance shoe which is plastic and snapped off at the bottom. The upper window does not stay up anymore. Any ideas how to order this replacement part. John

Two of these bar broke on one of our windows. The bar pictured is from another window which had the bars intact. for the pivot shoe i think it is 3" Pivot Bar, Weathercraft 26-272 ()any other way verify? because it uses "Tamp R Lok 3" this narrows it down to two choices? 15-231 or 15-210? can you tell from photos? no real way to verify without trying to remove original? - BTW is there any info on how the tamp ... This looks just like it, except the hole spacing is not the same. This is my final chance, then I guess I will have to machine my own. Only marking is a number 6. Just moved into home and do not know what brand my windows are.
