Hi, I have a sliding door handle where the top mounting thread dicast post has broken, and now is lose. Rest of the handle is ok. It looks similar to 82-080. No marking apart from number shown in picture. Do you sell a replacement part?

Looks like 82-080 About 7" overall on inside but also has different covers for the mounting hardware

Certainteed new castle xt sliding door, double mortise lock does not lock when closed. Also unable to remove the lock from the door. Have not tried Xtra forceful removal. Hello, Can I order just the inside handle for the 82-081? I don't need the whole set as the lock and everything else are fine. One of the posts on the inside handle broke. Thanks!

The part I ordered seems to be for opposite hand. From inside room doors slides to its left.

The lock snib found to be broken and cannot lock. The manufacture seems to be Millard, and part number of the snib is HA0423WH.

Here's a picture of a removed one. It has a part # SM5700-WH. I do not have an installed picture. It is from a short term rental property and the condo is occupied at this time.

The handle has broken off of our sliding glass door - everything else is working fine. Looking for a replacement handle - or really, the plate that attaches to the handle and affixes it to the rest of the locking mechanism.
