15-004 Winged Channel Balance Shoe, 1-3/32" Depth

I cannot tell what shoe is on my channel balances. I've determined that I need either the Series 380 Channel Balances with 15-005 shoe attached or the Series 385 Channel Balances with 15-004 shoe attached. From the photos, can you determine which one I need? Sincerely, Elizabeth

I need the window balancer which has markings "25 5 BW CMC 7". I needa replacement ASAP.

I have 20 Alenco windows that look like they have the same Channel Balance that you have in your video. Half of them are broken, both sides. I would like to replace them in all 20 windows. My home is was built in 1998. Do the Alenco windows use your Channel balances? Thanks, Bob

I am hoping for help in identifying the part pictured above. Its from a vinyl double Hung bottom sash. The metal channel is 26 inches long with the marking 25 3 Caldwell HM. It is 25 inches long and 1/2 in wide. The number on it is 2430. It is for a non-tilt double hung sash window. Having difficulty matching up the balance shoe and guide at each end. Thank you!

Number stamped on white part is 25 B and then Fiberlux. Also is there a diagram that shows how to reassemble. The parts were loose in window and I don't want to remove other windows for fear something will break. Thank you.
