I measured the length of the channel balance to be 23 inches and the width to be 1/2 inch for the tilt style windows. I am thinking I need these 23" Series 795 Channel Balance Product Code: S795-23. The broken piece was already taken out of window. I purchased what I thought was a replacement but it doesn't fit.The curved part at end that clicks into metal crossbar is too thick and not as curved.
