We have a sliding glass door series 5800 and need a full handle replacement. This was likely new 2008-2009.

Looking for a replacement door handle and lock for my sliding glass door. The people at Lowe's told me to contact you.

Hi, is it possible to just buy the key handle set if it looks like the door already has the correct mortise? Or do I need to purchase both the 82-265 mortise lock and the 82-086 keyed handle set? Will the Legacy Keyed Handle (82-086) my JW lock handle. My door thickness is good 1,1/2'' My screws holes are about 3,15/16''- 4'' The only difference is total length my is 10'' and your is 8,1/2'' I think Thank you

The inside handle and lock work fine , the outdoor handle broke off.

Please advise which handle is a direct replacement for the existing handle which broke off due to fatigue. It is on a hurricane rated sliding door that faces the ocean so it is a very heavy slider.
