Hi there, The top latch of my double mortise latch for sliding patio door is stuck in lock position. Bottom latch works fine. Attached are 5 photos. If you need more photos please let me know. Do you know/have the replacement part? Thank you! Dan

Our sliding door lock does not properly work. As you can see from the picture, only one latch/hook works when you try to lock the door. The bottom latch/hook does not come out. 1. Which part number is this? 2. Do I also need to replace the door handle as well?

Had two other doors mechanism replaced last year. The person that did the work and ordered the parts is no longer working.

I am assuming the spring is broken inside, since the hook piece will come out but not easily. it is a key lock and flipper lock, probably 15yrs or more old.The door is 1 3/4 wide.The length of mortise plate area is 3 1/8.Can you tell me the correct replacement part.Thank you for your time,Lori ... Hi the latch on my door handle will not work anymore. I took all parts off, so I assume I need an entire handle and assembly but I don't know what existing handle will fit the same holes already in the door. Can you recommend what I need to purchase?

I have a patio slider door six feet tall by five feet wide. The brand is Jeld-Wen. I would like to be able to lock the door and open with a key from the outside. Sliding door handle and mortise on patio door. Mechanism will no longer catch and lock the door. Locksmith installed a single mortise even though we said it needed a double mortise. Unit is about 10 inches with screws about 4 inches apart. Unable to find parts at big box stores.
