It is the rusted bracket that is attached to the bottom of the window and the plastic slider part on the window sill. The track on the sill is about 10" long. The track on the window is about 8" long. Also it is on a left hand window.

I need to replace the left side operator. Attached are photos of the right, which I'm able open, but the left side needs the replacement part. Can you tell which part I need? The operator arm is about 8 1/4 inches to the elbow / bend, then another two inches (approximately)

hardware is truth entry gard. these windows are 1994 vintage and i am told they are posey brand windows. the window has been used hard, blown open in past wind storms and do not operate well. hinge plates and arms have been bent. i dont know if operator requires replacement but feel like i shoul ... Hi, I am looking to replace both a left and a right casement door hinge. I supplied photos with measurements and part numbers as best as I could. Only the left door hinge is broken, but I'd like to replace both at the same time.

I needed to pu ll the window apart to show you that my Vetter casement window has three arms. The longest one is the main arm and it is 9 and 1/2 inches long. The other two are 7 and 1/2 inches long and the third is 5 and 1/4 inches long. Do you have a replacement part that I can use?Thank you for y ... (cont.)

Arm falls out of the track due to the bottom cell plastic pieces, broken so window jumps off the bottom track would like to replace all the mechanisms both tracks handle crank
