The existing truth hardware operates fine if removed from the window. If attached then only works to open the window and can't close. Looks like the thread but pops up

The windows were installed in the 90's and are made of wood. There are numbers on some parts as can be seen in pictures. I ame repairing the windows, but if I could find the window only I would purchase it instead. Window is appro. 23 3/4" by 56 1/2".Thanks,

Greetings - i picked up a used 20"x52" Pozzi casement window with a missing part; the approximate 9.5"-10" hinge track, to which the 30350 bracket (picture attached - major grid is 1"x1") is missing from the window frame.
