Looking for this part but right-hinged - the matching pair on the other side of the wall is missing, it'll open but then go crooked since it's not anchored on the bottom. In the original pictures, there is a track/glide that has 32062 stamped on it. There is an upper track and a lower track. When opened, The glide makes a triangle. I need the lower track for a window that opens to the right (hinged on the right).

I have some issues with some windows from Fibertec. For some the handle is spinning but the window does not open. Do I have to replace the whole mechanism or just the handle. I am enclosing pictures of the outside of the mechanism and inside. The distance between the screws is 5". The tie bar is tr ... (cont.)

There are 2 shoes that slide in the metal guides one on top and one on the bottom of the window. These windows are using Truth hardware. Can I get replacement shoes with brackets?
