Hello, the bottom hinge is broken and the window does not crank properly. I ned to keep the window closed =. it is a left side window and the window opens right to left. The base of the hinge is 9.5 inches long. What is the best way to go about fixing this?Thanks, Pete

Hello. As you can see in the photos it is a Truth EntryGard. To my novice eyes it has three arms, a long one which is attached to the center of the window sash and two more which are attached to the top and bottom of a piece at the bottom of the sash. I am looking for a window part the is a plastic slider that rides in a groove in the casement. this slider attaches to bottom of the window and provides support to the window and torque to bottom corner of the window. it does not appear to be part of the casement operator but aides in the opening an ...
