Good Afternoon, I'm looking to replace several crank operator hinges. There are no markings on the vinyl windows. I do have one replacement hinge, but I am looking for more. Any advice would be greatly appreciated!

Just spoke with a Swisscom rep. And they suggested I email the black part on the track for replacement on these casement windows. Anderson does not keep these parts in stock. Hello, Our built in 1992 cottage casement window mechanisms are failing. Of the 14 windows that open, 5 do not work at all anymore, all of them from the screw mechanism failing (the arms still seem to function well). American craftsman windows purchased from Home Depot years ago. Need help to id and order

It may be that the only part I need is the black part at the left edge, but the whole hinge would probably be better. The black part no longer stays in the track on the window frame, preventing the bottom of the window from closing into the window frame.

I need new hinges. Based on the picture which hinge do you recommend? 36-004-10 or 36-048. What is the difference?

The arm of the casement window operator keeps falling out of the window sash. It is a left-hand window. The length of the arm itself is 9 inches. What do I need to order to replace it?
