Window won't close all the way, looking for this window crank.

Hi, I just replaced a Paradigm 24" casement sash. The hardware they sent is different than the existing and wont work. I can use the existing operating mechinism but need the additional arm on both the top and bottom of the window. The one they sent had the male pin on the arm and not the plate. I n ... (cont.)

Problem is upper linkage arm that secures window to frame. The "double hole buffer" washer broke (picture attached) fell to floor. Window came untered from frame and now unsecured at top.Got it closed locked and secure. Need replcement hardware.

The operator works but the straight piece that attaches to it is rusted away the top hinge does not stay close to the window frame but slides over as the window opens lots of rusty parts so I need all the bits

The Truth operator (2 pieces) is broken. The casement windows were installed back in 1988-89 and finally broke. Please take a look at the photos and let me know if you have anything that may help. Feel free to call Steve if need to discuss. Thank you.

I have a window with crank assembly 0p05-2020u which crosses to your number 39-330. How do I get the remaining parts for the wndow including any hinge and corresponding parts to completely rebuild the window moving parts.

I need advice on a upper pivot for a casement window. It had a plastic guide on it that fell apart and now the upper pivot is loose in tra k. I also have a double hung that needs a balancer bot it's hidden under a plastic cover. Thanks for your help.

The first three photos are the right window; the next two photos are the left. I believe this is a Swisco hinge and brackets, but the only identifying marks I see are "30818" on the hinges and "PRY TO REMOVE SASH" on the top tracks. Please let me know.
