Hi, Im about ready to buy some K&K Casement Window parts, but I cant find one (1) piece. It is the bottom slide that allows the casement to slide from the closed position towards the center of the opening. I tried attaching a photo but couldn't. Thanks Daryl

I found the imprint 40575 on the bottom side of the operator arm, and TRUTH imprinted on the top side. I am looking to replace all hardware on a left hand and a right hand operator. Including all hardware applied to the window itself. Thank you so much for your help!

I replaced a 39-032 operator. When window gets close to the closing position, it pushes out at the bottom corner. It appears that a piece is broken. It looks like some kind of pivot or anchor mechanism that keeps the window tight to the frame as it closes. I don't know what the piece is called. Can ... (cont.)

I need the part that is unattached sticking out away from the window. I will also need the part on the window frame it is attached to as well as the part on the bottom of the window it attaches to. The window is roughly 26" by 56".

Cranker arm on casement window is no longer attached to window. Screw holes have become stripped not allowing window to be connected to cranker arm with original screws. Black plastic track piece is also broken.

Please help me identify the parts, get a quote of what it will cost to replace each one and the lead time. Can this take less than 4 to 7 days, window has collapsed. Thank you for your efforts.

This is from one of my egress windows. It should be a Truth part. One piece of the hinge has a rust corrosion on it. I am hoping to find the right replacement. Thanks a lot.

The guide part number is 40941 and the arm connected to it part number is 30744B . I tried adjusting the window so it shuts completely but it keeps spinning and doesn't stay in position where I turn it to.

Window 1 has a broken piece that guides the window on the track and holds it along the side. Since it broke off, I can still move the window but it is essentially free floating. Broken part is plastic slide piece. Window in question is hinged left viewed from interior. Pozzi manufacturing about 1998.
