Could you please help me identify the arm I indicated in the attached photos? It's approximately 7-1/8" inches long (when I include the missing peice that rusted away). I found the correct accuator (39-221B) on your website, but I'm struggling to find this one. Thanks!

I need replacement hinge for Vetter window - home built in 2002. Window cranks out from left to right with full extended window on the right side. You can probably identify better than me. I need the assembly for sash underside as well as track that sits on sill. Bar/ that mounts to sash and receives operator roller.Thank You , Richard

Hello, I have another window just like this one (this one is more accessible) that had come loose at the bottom slider/hinge on the bottom corner of the window. What part is it that I needs? It's rusrt and completely fell off Andy the window won't close right now.

Casement window set of 4 windows. One casement window fell out while cleaning. Window is at least 33 years old. Window did not break!! Need 14 inch track

This window is located on the side of my home. When I stand in frount of the window the crank is located at the bottom of the window. If I use the crank to open the window it moves from my right to my left swinging outwards. To close the window standing directly in front of the window I grab the cra ... (cont.)

Length is 7-1/4 and the bar that pivots is 7-3/8. Markings from Truth on old one, 31858.

Truth 30744 on upper arm 30906 on lower arm have not removed yet

Is there something I can replace to get this to fit tighter together?

I had a ROW Casement get caught by the wind in a storm. I need to replace all the hardware, crank mechanism, the linkage top and bottom, and the tracks top and bottom.
