Hello, I am trying to figure out which window balance to purchase and do not want to purchase the wrong one. I think that I have narrowed it down between the series 380 or 385. The balance, not including the nylon ends is 30 inches. The markings indicate "2950". This is from a single hung window. Thanks!

Hello, I have two windows that I need to replace the balances for so a total of 4 channel balances. The balance shoe on my current parts appear to be 15-029 and I could not find a complete channel balance with those feet. For reference, I believe I will need one pair of 29" channel balance 2830 with ... (cont.)

I am in need of a new non tilt channel balance to replace broken part. Existing is 29 inch metal channel with 28B marking. 9/16 width and 1/2 depth. Has winged top guide and winged bottom shoe. Looks like your 380 part but my bottom shoe depth is only 7/8 inches.

Near the top of the balance is engraved 28B From plastic tip to plastic tip it measures about 30" Just the metal measures 29" From the sill to the top of the window (Only the moving sliding window) Measures 30-31"

I tried to identify it myself. It has no markings on it. However, according to my measurements, it looks like part #15-029. Could you please confirm it's the same thing?

Good Morning, In need of replacement channel balances. In speaking to customer service, it was determined that these will need to be custom. The length of the channel is 29" Width of the channel is roughly 5/8" The depth of the shoe is between 7/8" and 15/16" Stamp is 28C I will need (10) balances ... (cont.)

length of metal track is 37 inches not including ends

Good afternoon, I am in need of four Non-Tilt Channel Balancer, dimension 29 inches in length and 1/2 inch in width 29x1/2 inch. I am in need of four quantity of them.

I need 2 single hung non tilt balance bars. the metal channel measures 37' without the ends. The stamped number on the bars are 3650 . I am attaching photos so you can see what I have. Thank you for any help you can give me.Lanny

Requesting 4 Window channels 35" series s380 3440 weight. I need a smaller 7/8" winged balance shoe #15-029 installed instead of the standard 1". Measures 30" metal part also have number 2920x
