15-029 Winged Channel Balance Shoe, 7/8" Depth

the springs are 30 inches long and window weights 29 lbs?. But my shoe measures 7/8"

I have a 5 windows (non-tilting) with failed sash balances. Per the photos the existing balances are Caldwell 30 3 AN. Metal piece is 31"L x 9/16"W x 5/8"D. The top sash guide has tabs on each side and measures 1/2"D. The bottom sash guide has tabs on each side and measures 15/16"D. The window is ... (cont.)

No distinguishing brands or part numbers visible. Top plastic clips are broken on almost every window. This one had cord broken on one remaining channel balance. Apparently other channel balance cord broke previously and balance removed by previous owners. I'm guessing several windows need new b ... (cont.)

Channel balancer has broken on a couple of our windows. No identifiable labels on channel balancer (or windows for that matter). Have a lot more photos but hit limit of 5

Length = 28 in The only stamp on the metal reads "B.S.I. 2740" Bottom plastic flange width = 7/8 in the metal channel is 9/16 in w, and 5/8 in deep

I would like to place a custom order for a channel balance (if possible as I didn't see it listed). I need a 1/2" support balance, 31" length, 15-029 shoe, 19-005 top winged, and a "30 3" stamped option. It also has "K 1" stamped next to it if that means anything useful. my channel is 28.5 inches long but the marking on it shows "27 1/2 3 ". I've attached pictures of the channel that was taken out. Please help identifying correct replacement part. I would like to order 2 for a window. thanks!

Need to replace channel balances. I ordered S380-29 but it's too thick (deep?). The width is correct. It appears there correct shoe is the 15-029 but I didn't see one that had that attached.

I need the 380 series channel balance with the bottom fitting switched out for the 15-029. I'll need (4) 3640, (4) 1720, and (26) 2940. Thanks

I have a window balance. it has "28D" stamped on it. There is also another stamp that says "UB 28D" I measured and just the metal track measures 28-5/8?? The channel is 1/2"(9/16). I have what looks like a 380 series balance 30 inches long (stamped with option #2940)with a 7/8" depth shoe, reference p/n 15-029. The 1 inch shoe appears to be the default shoe for this series?
